Packet Power’s Data Diode comprises two physically and electrically independent modules within 3 meters of each other, linked by a single, one-way fiber optic cable. The Data Diode Transmitter collects data from up to six Gateways on the same isolated network, and the fiber optic link sends this data to the Data Diode Receiver, with its transmit cable disabled to prevent any backflow. In addition, the one-way flow is enforced not just by physical means but also through system configuration and licensing.
