Packet Power, and our critical suppliers in the United States, remain open and operating. Our supply chain partners in China have increased production but are now facing shipping limitations and a few part shortages. We expect to receive several key component shipments next week that will allow us to ramp up production. Customer support is fully staffed and our EMX monitoring service is operating as usual.
We continue to pay close attention to state and federal requirements, adhere to safe workplace practices, restrict non-essential travel, and have non-production employees work from home. We hope you are safe and coping as well as possible in these challenging times.
