Packet Power Response to the Coronavirus

The coronavirus is impacting people and businesses worldwide in ever-changing ways. Packet Power is committed to servicing our customers while keeping our employees safe.  We are currently operating at normal staffing levels.

Packet Power is continuing to ship orders
We expect recent delays related to supply constraints to ease over the next 30 days. We have been in close contact with our suppliers and are actively working to coordinate sourcing and production to maximize order fulfillment. We are also staying in close contact with our customers to ensure we are aware of critical deadlines.

Packet Power's online monitoring service remains available
We do not foresee any impact on the availability of EMX Energy Portal, our online monitoring service.

Packet Power production and customer support is currently fully staffed
There is a risk that the state of Minnesota may require business closure or that a team member may become infected and impact our ability to operate within our facility for some time.  If either of those circumstances comes to pass, we will work to mitigate the impact of these types of changes while maintaining a safe working environment.

Packet Power employee and community safety is a priority
We have been proactive in addressing employee health and safety and have all employees working from home who can. We are doing our best to mitigate risk to our team members and the communities in which we operate.
